I honestly hope there isnt a silver player who says "no she isnt broken i beat her always in lane with x champ"

She isn´t broken. At all. It´s not even a matter of beating her ass with x champ. It´s just because she really isn´t broken.
Your argument for why she is op is excessively weak
She definitely is crazy strong late game which no one can argue. Not too sure how weak her early game is but once a fiora starts snowballing then she is unstoppable. Partly why i hate this showballing season so much.
Every time i play Fiora i get bad RNG, I get constant vitals on rears..... Maby my Fiora is a perv or something......
she ight, she a real great 1 v 1 or 1 v 2 duelist, in team fights shes kinda just hard to get to the back line, and you can cc when her w is down, before engaging in a team fight, but other than that decent in skirmes,
talon and jayce beat her in lane anyway.
And she has 0 presence in competitive matches despite being "oh so OP" as you mentioned.

Every champ is broken.
She's a strong champion, but i would pick her or Kayle 10/10 times against garen.
I've been thinking shes broken. Her Passive is really tormenting. Lunge cost 20 mana and if it lands, 60% CDR. 16sec to 7~ expect her to do it again. Once shes done with Lifesteal and Cleaver... Eventually she can lunge every 3-4sec.
Thats just her passive and her Q.
W. That repose is hourglass with a counter attack.
E is the next broken thing. At level two- One hit slows and the other always crits. crits are massive at level 2.
Not only shes can easily proc her passive, she can crit. Makes her impossible to top lane against. You would think shes a High Risk, High Reward. She doesnt have to take any risk if she counters you. best bet is to counter her.
Lvl 6 is a nightmare, she can create a janna ulti. 6 sec heal, that scales with her AD. 6sec x 80+.6ad, 480+ heal at level 6 :/
But all my fio match ups. I manage to win with Sion. Who has no chance vs her.
She's OP in 1v1's, but teamwork wins games.
I feel like they need to change the true damage. its imba. Shes a Tank buster.
