Why is shaco allowed to sit on 52,5%+ winrate for so long, without it being brought down to atleast 51/50%?

All they need to do is add a stealth indication to him like all other stealth have.
Have like him echo laughter when he is stealthed and that will shave off 2%

There is a stealth indicator. It's a puff of red smoke that you can see EVEN in the fog of war. Khazix's on the other hand is hardly noticeable and he's on top of you before you even realize he's there.
Because he's literally a worse kha/eve/rengar and gets dumpstered by every meta jungler 1v1
He has a 4% playerate so having a win highrate is fine and I fucking bet you cant tell me why he is op too.
The reason he is this high on the winrate ladder, is because his Q-auto deals way too much damage, and guarantees a one shot most of the time with little-to no counterplay. Kha'Zix has counterplay - stand close, his Q deals lower damage. Rengar - has an indicator, is visible during stealth. Eve - I haven't played against her much, but in late game she seemed like a freeking beast when I did, except for the charm & the fact you can get maw to completely ruin her.
Shaco on the other hand. Q -> auto -> tiamat -> shiv (with ignite) and the only counterplay you have offered is to have a GA that is not on CD.
To see the puff of red smoke when you consider him having 4,5seconds of stealth, he can do it from quite an insane distance.
If Kha'Zix/Rengar were "better versions of shaco", they would be sitting at the same winrate.
Saying "Oh b-b-but he has a 4% playrate" Yorick had under 2% playrate when he got nerfed though. And he offers FAR more counterplay to his oppression.
Why are we making an exception to a completely toxic champion, that offers incredibly low amount of counterplay to his kit?
