Early Surrender Time Needs To Change

At the moment it takes 3 minutes before your team can surrender early due to an afk. This is too short. People that may have had their internet crash can reboot it fairly quickly, but 3 minutes into the game is not enough. I recently just got into a match and my internet crashed. I was trying to get back into the game as quickly as I could. When I loaded into the game, I saw my nexus exploding. I was on a 9 win streak btw, in ranked. This has happened before too, except it was your client that crashed and not my internet. I loaded into the game to see my nexus exploding. I'm sure this has not happened to just me. Could the early surrender time be moved to maybe 4 minutes?

They have to pick something. TBH, most times when the dcer shows up RIGHT before 3m, it's already too late.

about 5 minutes in the game the laner has about a 20 cs lead, to the point where they completely lost the lane by default. It's not fun for them to play a lost a lane and its not fun for the team to carry dead weight. Also applies in jungle role, eventually the laner's cant wait for you to leash forever, this makes it so they lose cs setting them behind. Also the risks of getting counterjungled 5 minutes into the game is high, if you havent been seen in 5 minutes then the enemy jungler will just clear your jungle. You will have 1 camp to come back too.
