Double-click Left Mouse WTF

Everygame I am now entering I have to double click the left mouse and it's extremely annoying. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but it limits me so much. With it, I basically can't use roaming map(idkw this doesn't work), I can't attack move, shopping is utter hell, I can't ping, can't move my items around in the slots, and probably more that I can't think of atm. Please help, I refuse to play until this is fixed because this is dumb and it limits me so hard.
