Champion Select Won't Lock In

Riot I swear to god you have me triggered. In the banning phase, it won't let me lock in my champion. It did this twice in a row, so at first I had to wait 5 minutes. The second time it made me wait 30 minutes, which I am currently waiting through right now. You better do something nice to me riot because this is legit ridiculous and I'm beyond done with this bs.
