I have now lost 2 chests for no reason at all. I click the chest to unlock it, but nothing shows up. Just blank screen where the chest should be. If you go somewhere else, and you return to Loot, the chest is gone, and the key as well. This legit happened to me twice today so Riot you owe me 2 chests. Anyone else having this happen to you? By the way, this is on the new client.

I thought this support request is only for game crash or connection issues. Under technical issues category there's no option related to loot system so I went reporting a bug through the new client bug report system. Hope that works :(
Deep Terror Nami1 votesPosting bug reports (on the boards here or through the client option) is good to let them know there are/may be issues, but you won't get assistance by doing so. By posting on Help & Support or submitting a ticket they can take a look and see if you're actually missing loot and do something about it.
For tickets that don't seem to have an appropriate category I prefer to use I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions. However, in this case there is a Missing stats category I'd probably use.
