So about Conqueror

Does anyone know if Riot has announced what they plan to do with it post nerfs? Is it gonna be like Akali where they gutted it and slowly buff it up to an acceptable position or are they just gonna leave it to die? Because old Fervor gave 80 Ad fully stacked,Conqueror before the changes gave 40 ad and 20% true damage, now through adaptive force it gives 18 Ad at LVL 18 along with 10% true damage and healing which you have to get through 5 separate attacks or spells.
