What EXACTLY do Cassiopeia players want?
I don't play her. What EXACTLY do they want Riot to do with her? Buff her? Which numbers? Which abilities? and how?

Passionate rework hater here, it's mostly 2 things
Remove the awful stacking mechanic since it holds Cass back in a phase of the game she used to excel at and feels horribly alien and unfitting on her.
Shift power and damage away from E back into Q and W
As far as power level goes I (and I assume most other original Cass players) couldn't care any less if she gets nerfed to the ground in the process. I'd still want to play old Cass without any QoL changes over what we currently have on live.
Ditch the evolution passive. It's completely out of place and out of character, and does more to hinder her than to enhance her gameplay.
Shift power back in to a more balanced spread - where each ability can feel impactful on its own in scenarios where it's a better choice than the others. Right now, Q, W and R don't feel this way.
Keep the QoL improvements given to her E and R. They're the only good things to come from the rework, even if they've been overshadowed by how awful the design and balance portions of the rework went. The E resets and the R hitbox should be immensely useful if they were attached to skills that still mattered.
Any further tweaks to her kit should keep in mind that she is a poison mage, that she should become stronger as an exchange lengthens but not the entire game. That's the big difference between Cadence and Aspect. Cadence was helpful the longer you could kite DPS an enemy and allowed you to manage resources in these long chases, whereas Aspect drags your power curve out over the entire game which drags you through a painfully long weak phase.

I don't main Cass (just like playing her when my team doesn't rage about it), but I would like to have more than 1 meaningful damage ability. Her Q and W do some damage, but playing her it feels like they exist only for their utility (speed up, slow, reset E) rather than damage.
Also, the windup on the ult has killed me so many times. Kat shunpos onto me, mashes buttons, and I die before I can even release R onto her.
They probably just don't want their champion to be shitty anymore, nothing specific, just not terrible.
No... it is actually the opposite. There are three groups of cassi players right now. First is those ole players who hate the rework. They want q and w to be her main damage abilities and for the passive to be removed.
Second is those old players who like the rework. They mostly want changes to her passive but not much else. Some of them like her as is.
Third is the new players. They mostly want her as is but some of them want her passive to be tweaked.
In any case she is currently viable if not for the assassin meta so balance wise she is good.
For me? Get rid of this stacking passive that does nothing but gate her power. Rework her kit so that her power isn't all focused into her Twin Fang. Her Q and W are basically pointless on their own.
I'm not a Cass player, but from what I've seen, they want her thematically unfitting and gameplay ruining stacking passive removed so she gets her pre-rework identity back.
I think they should keep the changes on E, but revert her Q and W's ratios back to what they used to be
Make her ult stun when the target is facing sideways aswell.
