Quick question, how is doing 1300 damage with one auto attack not considered broken?

I just lost a game as fiora, right? the thing is though, yasuo hit me once and di 1300 damage with an auto attack(late game) his oh so spammable q did 600 damage. also what's the cd on iverns ult? he seems to be spawning daisy left and right

EDIT: also when he AA'd me, i had hexdrinker and spirit visage
