Jhin's reload and attackspeed . . . kinda sux.
It hardly makes sense how slow he attacks and how slow he reloads. At least Graves has some scaling mechanic. It's really a hopeless situation when faced against a real foe.

KłedGod1 votesbut when he does build attack speed and crit he does do a bunch of damage. you just got to keep side stepping and poking. im starting to grow a liking to how he hits. because i figure with his passive you crit 1-2 times before you 4th shot late game which is guarantee crit. thats a lot of bonus move speed to kite in fights and burst people.
