Black cleaver on Olaf and Gnar.

Riot what have you done... you created monsters.

Played against a Olaf top as Nasus today. He is a major counter but with the rage passive, cdr and armor shred from black cleaver he is an insane toplaner with full tank and only black cleaver as an offensive and defensive item. Won the game but lane phase was hell to say the least.

I like black cleaver over all, lots of champions can use it well. Gnar might be a little to strong with it though. Seeing as his W passive is already frustrating enough.

Not once have I ever felt countered by Olaf as Nasus sure he hit me with lightning every chance he got but..... uuh...Rammus ok just gonna take those stacks now kthx

ahem anyways, problem with Olaf getting strong? I feel like recently, alot of champs that were previously weak or outa meta or unviable or whatever has received some kind of indirect buff rather than a rework yay olaf has joined the club

I needed tons of HP and stacks to fight him. I beat him once and lost 2 times but quality alone time as nasus made me insane. Killed their 2nd top before my first one was gone and then my team needed help so I went mid and won the game. His true damage destroys Nasus at least for me, I had troubles catching him with the rage passive and his ult, I out scaled him but honestly hes a good top laner now.

Yeah,I figured Gnar would benefit a little too much as well.I didn't consider Olaf though.I considered Urgot instead because you know,CDR & movement speed bonus & you're not escaping his Q range.
