Riot, would you like to address how I can go 0/20 for my primary role (top/support)?

support is almost always open whereas top is contested. The system prioritizes finding a match first, puts you in your role second. The person getting top is probably Top>Mid or Top>Jungle.
Top is one of the most sought roles.
Support is one of the least sought roles.
An equal number of top laners and supports are required by match-making (one per team).
Ergo, you are more likely to get support because less people want to play it and you are less likely to get top because more people want to play it.
I'm okay with it happening 50% of the time, hell maybe even 75% of the time, but when I can't get top lane at all when it's my first pick? #RiotShitSystem
Still waiting on a Riot response. Also, why the hell is there a "primary" and "Secondary" if you'll never get your primary role? Edit: "roll" to "role"
