Riot,

You DO NOT review each case before a permaban. I was falsely reported one game from returning from a 14-day ban, and this reported chat is pretty weak, in my opinion. The team was flaming me, but didn't say anything to the jungling Vi who refused to gank. I would request that you review the other game I was "reported" for. If this is really what results in permabans.....it's a complete joke.

This isn't what results in permabans. This and a history of prior punishment leads to permabans. Once you are off your 14-day ban, you're expected to be on your best behaviour.

Whats the point of telling someone he is muted? Your entire chat is just sad attempt to create negativity and toxicity in your team.

Please, point out the actual lines that should result in a PERMABAN. Also, it's interesting to note that improvement is not supported. Any form of "toxic" behavior is treated with the harshest of punishment. It doesn't matter what was typed out by other players. Riot claims to want to improve player behavior, but does jack-all about people actually IMPROVING their behavior. This community is becoming more and more of a "care-bear" society. Look up "safe-spaces." It's people that can't accept any form of criticism or opposing viewpoints that are completely ruining our society. Thanks, Riot, for buying into that mindset. What a complete joke.

Also, they claim every perma-ban is personally reviewed. My recent experience completely disproves this.

I'd look at pre /post game chats.

I'd also look into possibilities of trolling.

Then again, I'm not a rioter, so who knows whats the truth.

For now, you were found guilty by the system. So I'll assume guilty for now.

I think your also forgetting all the previous warnings.....

10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day Ban

that came before this last punishment.

By reaching a permanent ban you have shown that you refuse to reform.

This would not have escalated your account straight to a permanent ban. However it is definitely negative enough to warrant a punishment and your next tier of punishment was obviously a permanent ban. I would tell you that it was deserved but I think you already know this.
