You get three key fragments. you unbox a hextech chest, you get something you think you'll never use, you disenchant the skin/champ shard/summoner icon maybe for enough essence for another skin you will definitely use, you then later on unbox the champ or a skin for the champ that after a few times have tried out and enjoyed playing them, then finally you feel very bad you disenchanted the skin/champion shard that now you wish you had in the first place to make your overall game experience better.

We need more refunds as well as reenchanting options, maybe 3 per season? Basically you see a menu with all stuff you've disenchanted. You get to choose three per season that you wish to reenchant to unlock permanently.
