Literally all defensive items, has the best score and damage out of both teams. Before all you item Nazi's spam that black cleaver isn't a defensive item, I'm well aware. It's literally all a "Juggernaut" a.k.a Tank needs to smash a game.

really how does that happen? you should be out sustaining him in early trades, and he shouldnt be able to kill you unless youre fighting him without your passive.
Actually, it's not just Black Cleaver. Sterak's Gage is an offensive item as well, not a defensive one.
So, he didn't just have BC. He had Steraks too.
