Malzahar Voidlings no longer hide in bushes with you?

I just played a game as Malzahar and I just noticed that hiding in bushes no longer works because the Voidlings just stand ouside dawdling, giving my position away.

Didn't they patch them so that they would hide in the bushes with you if you hid in the bushes? I know that the bush was unwarded because it was cleared.
