It already slows longer based on distance, so I think this would be a nice addition. Would also like to see the wave grow visually as it goes out. How much would she need to be nerfed for this? Longer ultimate CD? Lower damage?
Would be cool to see a SLIGHT knock back too, but I think that's pushing it.

Doesnt her E give a slow on autos? Remove that could be enough, both situational changes in opposite directions, primarily effective in midgame teamfights rather than 2v2
Sergeant HbA1c1 votesThe biggest issue with Nami comes from the reliable safety of her "Heal-harrass combo." By the time the wave jumps to you for damage, you can't punish her because of the movespeed it gives.
