Riot; fix remakes, thank you

Hello riot. it is about time this garbage gets fixed. This is the second time this month and I have yet to find something more infuriating. This is not hating on the guy that did not manage to connect, but on the fact that Riot's own rules on remaking are so laughable that games like this are forced to be played.

If someone hasn't moved from their spawn location in the base in the first three minutes (Or 5 because that is when someone is marked as 'afk' then a remake should be a valid option. If I see this again soon, I might just quit the game altogether. Im here to play a winnable game, not a game lost from minute one.
