The real reason I want a sandbox mode in this game

Is to get a group of friends together all playing headbutting Gromp around on a field. I would call it Gromp ball. Riot I don't who I gotta pay to see this happen but I would pay so much money if I can do this in game. Just want some clarification on when I can headbutt Gromp around is all would be nice.
