It also costs 1/3rd his mana bar at level 1 (100 mana at all ranks!), and crazy high base damage; 80 at lvl 1, and 300(!) at lvl 5, and a 100% AP ratio.

With a 20 sec CD, IT'S BASICALLY HIS ULTIMATE. His ult is BS too. 30 second CD for 250 magic damage with ANOTHER 100% AP ratio.
