back when were the most loved jungle champions to play with in past seasons many people asking to buff these 2 champions yet you still dont care about them i know they are still good champions when you know how to play with them but its sad to see a noob doesnt know anything about the jungle picks sejuani or gragas without any problem . Evelyyn is so squishy early game and if you dont build her right you will be destroyed Elise SO much mana costs .. Sorry for my bad english .

Fiddlesticks is a strong pick. Tank junglers are usually ap as well.

She's not really weak per se. Just a victim of circumstance. She is really good in a gank-heavy, squishy meta.

The issue isn't that they are AP, it's that they have other issues (difficult to ward against, 6 abilities at level 3)

I think Elise's issue is her "deal more damage at high health, switch, deal more damage at low health." If she was too strong, she'd be able to out-duel almost everyone especially with her sustain.
