Eve can get buffed if she gets no nerfs for it

Let this community reap what it sowed. This is a champion who gets ridiculous KDAs when she wins games. Probably one of the first balanced feast or famine champions. Making her feasting easier is a bad idea. Period. http://www.probuilds.net/champions/details/Evelynn

But I guess she can't be broken because she's not an ADC, not even a champion that really peels for the ADC (but I guess people will just say she's only good because her CC counts as peel, lel)

Eve is in desperate need of buffs, she has one of the most underwhelming snowballs in the game ontop of being utterly useless when not snowballed, her gank potential pre 6 is actually worse then someone like yi (i rather have a yasuo jungle gank for me, then an eve) and even post 6, she will usually die when ganking due to how squishy she is (along with control wards being so cheap) her only hope is to get uber fed off someone who is actually retarded (or just go against a bad team in general) when a champ cant even be played outside of bronze/silver....they need buffs

I'm less concerned with her raw power level than I am with the fact that her kit is a complete clusterfuck.

Riot never should have given her a charm, it requires her whole kit to feel awful in order to support it.

If its small enough to help out folks who have been struggling more with her but not become a breakout higher priority pick then I can live with it, but odds are its gonna be like Jayce, Tahm, Bard, And Sol where folks have an opinion in their head and are vocal about it resulting in unneeded buffs until everybody flips sides and things get nerfed back to a manageable state.
