As long her W interact with this she deserve to remain in the gutter. Riot are making dumb decision patch after patch but this one anger me. % True damage is already cancer to deal with but the fact that phantom hit reduce the 3 hit to 2 make it lame as fuck to play against. You can't itemize against her and the only counter to Vayne is to lock her down but wait... now she get 50% reduced cooldown on tumble during ult so as long she land her basic attack she go in stealth almost forever.. good luck reaching her without real oracles thanks to Riot decision a few years ago ! This game is aids and should really get destroyed already. No more fun.

Vayne has NEVER deserved to be be viable.

Every single time this champion is outside of trash tier she is the best carry, but Riot doesn't learn.

Since her release she was broken. She got nerfed multiple time but Riot always find neccessary to buff her again and she end being too strong. Fact that she melt squishy and tank because of her W bother me. True damage is lame overall but % max health is just r%%%%%ed.
