Let me tell you, Zilean is secretly one of the BEST One for All champions; not only because you can keep people stun-locked almost permanently, or because having 5 99% slows is completely cancer. But because once you all have 40% CDR, your ults will be on a 30 second cooldown and none of you will die.
I was forced to endure a game of 5 Zileans vs. 5 Illaois today as Illaoi. "Just build tanky" they said. "We out-scale them" they said. LOL..........boy were they wrong.
