When Ivern was the top jungler with 55%+ Winrate, he got gutted....

Apparently going from 55% to 51.78% WR is gutted

you haven't experienced a gutting until your 47% win rate champ goes down to 32% win rate.

You seem to be ignoring that Ivern was up around 55-57% win rate for months before they actually nerfed him.

The issues which resulted in Ivern having such a high winrate was due to the design of his kit. Being able to instasmit the enemies red-buff, go back and pick up blue buff was quite a powerful tool.

Nunu's issues aren't the same, and a lot of it tends to be inflation from dedicated nunu mains whose Champion was largely forgotten about due to Ivern, Lee Sin, Elise, etc etc.

Give it time.

Well nunu is quite low in the radars atm. Nobody seems to be complaining about him being too op and nobody bans him. That been said why create a problem when there isn't any. Everyone is happy! Statistics don't prove anything, you have to apply them to the game in general and see how it impacts the game.
