A lot of people were upset by the removal of some of the old items in league. I mean I didn't use them but from time to time I did see someone build one of them, but why did rage blade stand? Only people that ever seem to buy it are people that are lower then level 30. So Why?
Joppalo5 votesI think it's actually kind of an underrated item. You really only see 
and 
with it due to their hybrid nature, but I have tried it on some other champs that have ad/ap synergy and it's actually quite fun.
I built it once on a 
that already had hextech revolver, will of the ancients, and visage. When the passive is activated at >50% health, I had right under 50% spell vamp. It was annoying to the enemy team to say the least bc Vlad just refused to die, even with just a sliver of health.
It also can work well on champs like 
and 
who have hight AS and abilities with good AP scaling. It's kind of just a fun item sometimes and I hope it sticks around.
