Speed up his W, and he is playable again. Thank you.

I'll agree that his W is now pretty shit. I say speed it up or make it wider.

Or increase the width of the aoe.

It's still fantastic waveclear due to the ratio and the radius.

quitcha bitchin. just cause they added a counterplay mechanic and he isnt as easy to play doesnt mean he isnt viable.

or bring back the old e too

I think what people dont get is Cho'Gath Q has a ~0.9 second delay and Veigar has a 1.25 second delay and Cho's has a knockup and slow.

And dont pull out the Ranged vs Melee argument, I would prefer Veigar be Melee because he never basic attacks and being Melee would warrant more defensive stats for him.

How about this; increase the speed of his W when it is cast inside the AOE radius of his E? This way, you can aim to trap enemies with your E, and then reliably land a W on them. That way, W still relies on E to land, like Veigar's original intention, but enemies can still potentially juke your burst, but a skilled Veigar will land his skills.

I have nothing to say, just showing my support.

+1

I am playing Veigar since his Q and E is buffed again and i mostly dont miss my W. If the enemys get stunned in my E, the W is a safe hit. So I think he doesnt need a buff on his W. I would prefer another buff on his E or Q.

or change his w to lane sustain. Literally just came to my mind as im writing this, but what if they did that? Make it like the same thing, but utility and some damage or all utility. Maybe same animation but for every enemy hit it gives x amount of x and mana and slows by x

I've played veigar a few times since the rework, and although his laning is a bit more complicated it's still pretty easy to blow someone up... Downvote me all you want, but q stacks are insanely easy to get for the first 10-20 minutes of the game, and by that point you're generally grouped with your team so whether you can hit your stun 100% of the time isn't that big of a deal. Just play a little more defensively if you miss it for ~10/20 seconds, even if you do miss the actual stun as long as they're inside the circle your team has a pretty easy time following up Stop item 3070
