@Riot. we will PAY for solo queue. you can have the money you want while making us happy too !
here are my ideas to allow solo Q and dynamic Q to exist with healthy populations and queue times in both, while riot still gets all the money they wanted as their primary goal of dynamic Q to promote social play since people who play with friends spend more money due to peer pressure of wanting to spend money on something their friends are playing too. riots data showed people who play with friends clearly spend more money, and their goal as a company is to make more money. however riot you can milk money from solo Q players too. here is how.
not milking too much money, but enough.
- all champions and runes will be available in dynamic Q for free. there will be "dynamic Q rune pages" which you set up, up to 40 for free, making dynamic Q the ultimate free experience for league of legends competitive fun.
and people still spend their money on skins like the current system to earn riot money

to use a skin in dynamic Q you must purchase the champ and skin with IP / RP /hextech

solo Q will exist but will cost 3 dollars a month to play on. you will have to spend 3 dollars of RP to activate your accounts solo Q ability which lasts for 1 month. at first i thought 5 dollars was ok, but i think 3 dollars makes more kids spend money on it which would give riot more money overall since its easier to recruit friends as 3 dollars is a very friendly number to the ears

after your 1month ends. you have to pay another 3 dollars of RP to be play solo Q for another month

solo Q will have champions / runes available based upon the current system of IP / RP / hextech. so this means you use dynamic Q to try all of league and test all of league and find what you are strongest with because all champs/runes are available in dynamic Q. and then once you find something you are very strong with, you purchase that champs+runes with IP and spend 3 dollars to play it for a month in solo Q

solo Q will have also have a extra option of "pay an extra 3 dollars. and all champs+runes will be available to you in this month of solo Q on your account"
so someone can pay 6 dollars to have the whole game unlocked for them for a month in solo Q
skins for champions still require you to purchase champ+skin normally
