TP is actually still good, you just need to build for it now

So if you are like me and desire map pressure and usually TP bot to help your ADC overlord carry for you, than this post is for you.

As we all know TP got nerfed on the time it takes to actually teleport us in and lost the reduction when we use it into towers but at the same time we got , and the insight mastery is now conveniently placed on the defensive tree which will be used by top laners most of the time, and better yet it's a tier 2 mastery, meaning ppl can get it even if they max one of the other two trees, so champs like riven can also get it and have TP and Flash that she so much needs for LCS BIGPLAYZ with 25%(!) less CD, that's insane.

Better yet is the distortion boot's enchant that brings the cdr to a whooping 40%(!!!), is it worth it the lost of tenacity? That depends on the game and your champ but no one can deny that 40% CDR on TP and Flash is insane plus distortion gives extra effects on both spells.

TP with insight=255s CD TP with insight+ =225s CD TP with insight+ =191s CD

This is anywhere you can TP, and lets not forget how overpowered flash is on anyone and for those rare top laners that take ghost, distortion also works on them, also champs like and can have retarded amounts of map pressure and TF already builds so yea...
