Her kit is underwhelming.
Q - boomerang. it does damage. W - aoe. attack speed steroid for 3... count it 3. autos. at level 6. E - spell shield R - run fast
Compared to other adc's sivir is lackluster. It's even more noticeable now after the recent patch.
