How to get your team to work together

How do you convince ur lee sin that he will not carry the game at 30 mins by taking every kill away from the adc?
How do u convince ur junglers to stop chasing kills and take baron after killling 4 people in a team fight
how do u convince ur fed mid laner to roam and help other lanes instead of getting picked off in enemy jungle or farming mid
How do u convince your support to ward with jungler in order to not get caught out and die
How do you convince ur team to peel the adc when enemy team diver tries to kill them
How do you convince a bunch of randoms to throw away their egos and try to win some LP
