Why does Jhin have AP scaling in his kit?
I'm just curious: Why is it there? I've never seen a Jhin seriously build AP outside of maybe a Doran's Ring start a few seasons back, but he certainly doesn't build a full AP item except for the occasional clickbait streamer.
What purpose does that scaling serve? Is it there to make an AP item at least do something for him? Jhin doesn't really use any of the hybrid items. Is it there to tempt/trap players into trying a full AP item?
