With her new W buffs, as long as she hits you 3 times, you will take a lot of damage, no matter how much AD Vayne has.
Lots of attack speed, Guinsoo's to double proc W stacks, and Stoneplate doesn't nerf True Damage.

The Vayne certainly is killable. Good armor and MR but terrible HP. Stone plate is terrible on Vayne. Yes it doesn't reduce true damage but you will maybe get one W proc off in the time it is active while doing absolutely no other damage in the meantime. It is good for people who need to get in the middle of fights, which Vayne should not be doing even in tank mode.
It's almost sure it's a bug.
You clearly have never played Vayne. You are barely going to kill anyone with a build like that, and you're still squishy as hell
Remove Sunfire Cape. There's no reason for a ranged champ to have it. Replace either with Randuins or Thornmail.
I'd go more along this route:
Early game is really weak so you're really vulnerable to bruisers and tanks then.
