Matchmaking in this season

So, i have been playing for 3+ years now, almost 4 years, have never played ranked since i did when i hit lvl 30 4 years ago (currently climbing up bronze with a 75% winrate, wish me luck :D) and i must say, this combined with last season are my favorite seasons so far in champion design,

but the MATCHMAKING is horrendous since the level system came up. Almost every single game i play with my lvl 135 friend (i'm lvl 96 as of now) i get put with lvl 40 and belows that made an account AFTER the leveling system got put in. That'd be perfectly fine if they'd put two high levels and some lower ones on the enemy team as well, but almost every single game we get put against a full team of lvl 90+-ers, and i have NEVER experienced this before, before the leveling system was there games felt A LOT more equal and competitive.
