@Riot Anivia's Q bugs (Vanishing Particles)

First... the range indicator thing causing you to move towards the thing is still an issue. (I know Meddler confirmed this is a bug earlier, glad to see it) But I'm routinely finding my Q vanishing. This isn't a problem on my main account. (I Use Blackfrost Anivia on that one) but on my lowbie account I use to play with leveling friends her Q seems routinely vanish. This is only happening on Hexakill, though. I couldn't reproduce it otherwise.

I'm not sure why it is, but I kind of wonder if its connected to something. It just vanishes when it hits the fog of war or is outside your vision. Is it to limit lag or something?
