[Gameplay] Soraka Ult Assists Logic Bust

Sooooo... I think something may have broken with the logic in Soraka's ultimate's assist thingy. I just had a game in which I repeatedly ulted and never received an assist for said ult. I'm not sure if its every game, as this was my first with Raka since the Rework.

But, as an example. Nasus was fleeing the entire enemy team, (I do mean entire, it was pretty funny) I ulted, W'd him, and then dropped and E+Q on a Yasuo who was dashing towards him, Yasuo got hit by the Q in his pursuit but dodged the E's snare. Note, I ulted and my entire team was damaged, not low on health other then NAsus (We had one person who was at base who wasn't damaged, but everyone in the fight was damaged) We then converged on the team, and every enemy died quite quickly, except for Yasuo who slipped away before dying. I received no assists except Yasuo.

I'm pretty sure I won't be the only one reporting this, but I've a group waiting on me to join a game so I can't go look for more. Either way, it none of my other ults (clutch or otherwise) had assists as the result of them.

Oh, also, Cellestine Soraka's pony tail is hillariously broken. SHE'S A HAPPY PUPPY HAPPY FOR A HAPPY REMAKE?

Alright, just an update. I couldn't replicate it in my next game. I'm not sure why? I wasn't lagging as bad as I was. It may have had extenuating circumstances. But both me and my team at the time were quite shocked at, well, the bug. I should post a link to the match in question.

I hope this is how you link these. But yes. I'm not sure what extenuating circumstances were involved. But I was definitely able to get assists (I'm not sure how reliably, but it was a considerably less simple game the next time around and I wasn't paying attention most of the time to assists/kills. But of the times I was very carefully watching, I did get assists. Which was different then the previous game in which I started carefully watching for assists from my ult)

Anyway, I don't really have time to try and replicate it, but it feels more like the general jankiness of S2 Soraka ult, rather than the relative smooth S4 ult.

I have also noticed a problem with soraka's alt. I will be bot and ult to help a fight top and receive no assist. Not only that, but i am unsure that it is healing them at all. I've noticed that champs close to me still appear to be healed, while those on the other side of the map do not. People don't believe me when I say I have ulted because it is actually doing nothing for them. I would think that if this were the case I would have heard more of it, but it is definitely an issue, at least for me.
