Janna and Annie should get the Morgana treatment

Janna being the highest winrate support for a while http://champion.gg/champion/Janna/Support is getting buffs on her Q to make up for a whole -0.1 AP ratio on her ulti @PBE. This isn't nerfing a champion who's obviously far better than 26 others in her role for a while now. In comparison, Morgana didn't get buffs and nerfs but strict nerfs when she was a popular support which balanced her. Janna also received buffs and nerfs 10 patches ago, well apparently this kind of balance isn't working out?

Then there is Annie, a champion who takes barely any skill compared to others (your flash R isn't a hard thing to do now is it) yet she deals retarded damage while being able to stun you 3 times in a single teamfight by spamming her spells, http://champion.gg/champion/Annie/Middle . The thing about Annie and Morgana, they were both popular sololane APs that were played as supports so what did Riot do to balance them? Like said earlier Morgana got nerfed and it was by reducing her spells' base values, meanwhile Annie had her AP ratios increased when she had her damage lowered.

Conclusion/tl;dr: Buffing and Nerfing champions that are strong doesn't balance them. Simple logic. Morgana was a strong support, she got a strict W,E and R nerf. She's now "balanced". Annie was strong as a support, she got base damage nerfs and retarded AP ratio buffs that made her overpowered in the midlane while barely taking any effort. Janna was and is a strong support, buffing and nerfing her 10 patches ago didn't solve anything so buffing and nerfing her in PBE won't. Time to simply nerf those two.

Janna Howling Gale (Q) now travels up to 35% further from 20% but base range has been reduced - her max distance at full charge is the same vs live. **

With Meddler's elaboration on it here.

It's actually a nerf, cause you know, reading comprehension OP.
