Suggestion to fix the problems with dynamic queue

A lot of you here I'm sure have red everything on reddit or the boards here about the problems with dynamic queue. I have come up with an idea to somewhat balance it out. Not exactly fix the roles or anything but to help take care of the some of the more major problems.

I really think that if they are going to keep this dynamic queue for ranked then they should only allow you to create teams that are close to the same rank as you. For example. if you are gold 3 then you can only invite people who are either gold 4, gold 3 or gold 2. you can't go any higher or lower. That is basicly how solo queue worked anyways except for when someone brought in a duo with them. If you are gold one you can only invite people gold 2 and gold 1 to your team. if you are gold 5 you can only invite people who are gold 5 and gold 4. This is the best idea I can come up with so farm maybe someone else can help me on this. It seems like it would work. Obviously it wouldn't take care of smurfs but lets be honest. Not many people can will be able to keep a smurf at a consistent tier in a division for ever. They will get moved up or down eventually.
