Its not ezreal, its the Kleptomancy rune ON ezreal that makes him broken right now.

Its the fact that you can get exorbitant amounts of gold from it. Free consumables are fine. Free 100's of gold every few seconds?

Also, you should not be able to then SELL the consumable items for even MORE gold.
Sly stack of gold. 65 gold, so the site says. Full inventory = instant use. The rune draws from a loot table, not sure what the frequencies are for each possible outcome, but I can tell you for a fact that you get a TON of gold from it. More than any champion should have that early in the game.
1-5 on-hit is fine, you're right about that, but kleptomancy ONLY giving you 1-5 gold on attack is just blatantly false. Not to mention I'm fairly certain the wiki entry saying 65 gold on the gold stack consumable is false. I know for a fact, beyond a shadow of a doubt that I've seen it range from the 30s to well over 100.

A raw damage nerf is always HUGE, especially since Q damage is basically Ezreal's entire identity.
