Blitz Ult Passive Should Be Able To Toggle

Kidding. Well, they do, but his ult cooldown is hardly the most frustrating part of his kit.

at the very least, they should change it so that it targets whatever's CLOSEST to blitz instead of some random nearby target

That's the problem, when I play Blitz personally, nothing is worse than when a CHAMP gets close to the bush, an gets hit by the lightning so the position is given away. Neutral monsters alone won't solve it

and how would you toggle the toggle? Pressing R is for the active ult part...

Probably the same format with kindred's passive. Instead of 5 buttons, there are the two Off & On switch.

I feel like that would be a buff to support Blitz, and I'm not sure he's in need of buffs right now?
