I think echo needs nerf.

600 mana 90 ap <----------- 10% cdr +10% cdr from unique passive 100 base dmg + 10% Ap when stacked.

Item itself just gives too much poking ability, champions like and especially are able to do one shot with echo itself, and even if they miss their stuff, they got 600 mana and 20% cdr to cover them up, meaning there is no punishment for missing skillshots, which most champs have.

It's very op on supports like and especially It also works on Boosting up her w's cd, damage by significent amount, while providing good mana pool to cover up misses.

Now overall looked its not good on many champs, but on which is, its overpowered, i mean just look at stats, even rylai was nerfed from 90->70 ap and rylai is even less used.

It just gives certain champs too much power at low level, imo it should give 300 mana 75 ap 10%cdr And passive should stay same, since you cant spam soo much with 300 mana less, its like 5-10 ability casts depending on champion, soo there is some bonus when you hit a spell.

What is your opinion on this?(plz no toxic answers xd give some arguments for being for/against this).
