Any plans for Twin Shadows riot?

Because right now it just seems pointless to get over items such as that bring more to the table than . Any idea of when we can expect this item too see some changes because there is no reason to get twin shadows when items like ludens or rylais are better choices. I think this item could be potentially way better than it is right now seeing on how all the recent item changes this season from the ap items changes to black cleaver and to making new items like .
