Eve buffs?
SO how does the on-hit effects help eve clear jungle early. ALso as i am trying to learn what items stack with on hit effects that makes the change to her E to make her more viable?

It just does.
It seems more like a clean-up than a buff. I don't expect that it'll have much impact whatsoever, nor do I think these are the buffs they were talking about earlier.
Items that how apply are: BotRK, Devourer, Wit's End, and Nashor's Tooth. Oh and Sheen procs. Possibly Hydra AoE.
Mostly it would help AP Evelynn's (if they even still exist) with the Spellblade mastery, and even then not my much.
The mana regen passive change seems more like something that would help, presuming it is 2% max mana and not missing mana like surrenderat20 lists.
Eve is alot better now. That is for sure. These changes got AD eve back in the game. Early she is still weak for a full clear in jungle. I usually get about 700 gold safely then back for first upgrade on machete. Always go with the red one as the e and attack speed steroid are insane good for dropping targets. I have found that rushing hydra for wave clear and sustain are best and I prefer warrior enchant as the CD and damage go a long way. Sheen 3rd items then either upgrade that all the way to tri, or if i am ahead, will go right for the IE as it will shred enemies in a heartbeat when you open up with a e/smite combo. AP eve is basically a trap now. My final item is usually a frozen mallet as the hp and slow are great for sticking on anyone when coupled with w. Make sure to always back as soon as you get your first 600 gold, The fact you get that upgrade before other junglers will help you out scale them by mid game.
