I know of the windspeaker's blessing, ardent censer and redemption but what other items, keystones, stats will increase redemptions power?
Additionally does stacking mana increase mana regen(in regards to the new athenes) or only specifically items built from mana charms?

Mikael's is the other item with heal/shield power.
As far as allies go, they can take the Runic Armor mastery to increase incoming heals/shields on themselves. And Spirit Visage will boost heals on that target. Though these wouldn't count towards the triple scaling of redemption.
Regarding the updated Athene's, it only scales off items that have "x% base mana regen" as a stat on the item. Which at this point is pretty much only the support items with heal/shield power, plus spellthief's line. So basically anything enchanters are going to probably build already.
When I get home, I will be testing Spirit Visage. Many laughs will be had if it works.
They really pidgeonholed support builds now. I liked the variety even though they stated redemption/locket was always first buy
