What's the best video to watch for learning ADC right now?

Just want to know some good video's to watch that gives 101 on ADC. From basic farming, to positioning in team fights. Looked up a view but can't find many that give good details. So could any one being willing to throw a few links?

just watch doublelift / aphromoo videos, granted they might seem trolly, they have good mechanics and positioning.

overall in the bot lane

stay parallel with your support (meaning be ready for when you want to harass/poke/engage together), last hit, harass the enemy laner when he goes to last hit a minion, dont push the wave (unless you are warded and wont be ganked). and make sure you go in when your jungler gets to lane (all too often adcs stay on minions while jungler and support are diving the enemy adc, and there you are, last hitting minions when you could be getting a kill).

thats pretty much everything an adc needs to do in order to have a successful lane. there are champion specifics like draven vs kog maw, put the hurt on vs passive farm till 6.

How about "ADC Teamfight Positioning 101" By PHYLOL ON THE FRONT FREAKING PAGE OF THE LAUNCH?

Its a good video I watched, but it only showed 2 examples. That's about it. Looking for some thing more then just 2 matchs.

I guess you could say I am trying to find that one video that show's more detail, and more examples. The main video's I keep seeing are players that show the build's and some basic stuff, but not a lot of detail such as what champs to stay away from in game and during select, what champs you want to not use this adc with and ect. Most of the video show high up players, and there small guides with the builds, but many don't have the deep details. If that makes better sense of what I am trying to look for?
