So uh, are we gonna look at armor pen marksmen builds now that lethality is out?

I get that tanks are'nt supposed to be omnipotent, but when a marksman builds straight armor pen, and now that assassins have assloads of lethality, who are tanks even supposed to affect anymore?

The way i understand it, is that tanks are supposed to either

A. Provide CC to make the enemy team stop dps'ing your team

or

B. Be tanky enough to be able to go sit on the enemy marksman/squishies and make the enemy focus you.

As it is now, it feels like if you try option b, you die before you even get withing a mile of someone building pen/lethality
