The delay on Darius' Q isn't very fun to use at all. It's actually hard not to avoid it if you're not braindead. It makes laning pretty damn hard and frustrating.
You already gutted the base damage, why give us a frustrating delay on it?
Because when it had no delay, it had no real counterplay. Now you can actually dodge it instead of your only hope being "don't get close to Darius".
I main Darius, after one game of this delay its makes me don't want play Darius anymore. Its not a range champ so why delay, what happen when vs against Teemo that delay will get you kill and give teemo time to ran away.

Base damage was not gutted; They removed most of the base damage, and changed the Bonus AD ratio to a Total AD ratio (and increased the ratio to 140% from 105%)
