I don't understand the "ZOMG LEE SIN FREELO CANCER" hate?

I'm maybe in Bronze and I may not know much, but I just wanted to give some of you reading my 2 cents.

Lee Sin is imo a tricky mechanical jungler who depends on the early game as he falls of late game. Lee has a high skill cap and most people don't utilize him and his kit well until high elos.

According to OP.GG, Lee has a 45% winrate across all rank for the past month. Jarvan on the other hand, has 53%.

So while Lee does have very high mobility and play potential, most of it is never utilized as his skillcap is very high and I feel like most people who play him doesn't know how to use his kit, atleast at low elos.

Feel free to downvote all you want, but I just feel like Lee is fine the way he is. I don't find him much of a threat. Now that may come off as biased to some of you who have a passionate hate for Lee, but hey. That's just my opinion.

I find Lee mechanically fun to play with all the plays capability he has, but other junglers like Pantheon and Vi far more better.

Most of his plays come from LCS anyways. -cough- InSec -cough-

Look at the total games the champion is even IN.

Lee sin has a staggering number of games, and has consistently kept around 50% winrate, despite his saturation being so high.

Urgot, for example, has an 80% winrate. But is only played in super elite ranks.

Looking at statistic for Challenger ranked games this past month, Urgot has not been played ONCE. He has a 43% winrate across all divions however.

I hate when i see something like

"so and so champion has high mechanical skill cap and so people dont use them well"

Thats completely false and not the reason why the jungler is better at higher elo's

Fact is most players dont use the character strengths period, outside of mechanical skill.

Lee sin has access to direct ganks and behind tower ganks at level 3 where most charcters dont have access or have access only at level 6.

Lee sin has arguably the best counterganks in the game with his w taking him directly to his teamate and his high amount of burst damage making him highly punishing to gank into without knowing his location.

Its not because of his invades its not because hes versatile because hes really not with two options in reality no ranged wave clear and mediocre and unsafe initiation.

people are dumb cunts who like to bitch because they understand little or nothing about the game. Just downvote every nerf lee sin thread u see unless its well thought out

Fact is most silver players have enough practice to ward hop ult or just play the character mechanically correctly. they are just bad at the game and dont understand how to capitalize on his said strengths.

On another note i think lee is in a fine spot... and he sacrifices alot having only his ult in utility towards the late game without significant farm

You filled in the spots that I have failed to include in this thread. Couldn't have been said better. I feel like there are other junglers out there that are more of a threat then Lee Sin is.

As a dude who was in Silver II last season, I've seen Lee Sin be consistently toxic to jungle picks. In Bronze and low Silver? It wasn't a problem so much. People were only mediocre with him, so I didn't really get it that much either. But as my MMR went up and I did some ranked, I saw Lee become much more of a problem. He was just so easy to faceroll with. People were good with him and were able to stomp every other jungler with him. While other junglers were struggling to clear, Lee could clear and then gank very effectively. Meanwhile, people like Warwick could clear and sustain like him, but had no ganks until 6, or be like Kha'zix and have reasonable ganks and no clear. He has both. TL;DR: Lee Sin clears well, ganks even better, and has the best mobility in the game. With no real weakness.

I agree he has a strong early game due to him being slippery and having tons of mobility, but he tends to scale badly into late game and he feels quirky as a tank with awkward initiations.
