Can we buff Evelynn? Or at least revert the nerfs?

The passive scaling was a nice change, but the removing the stacking MS buff and replacing it with such a weak replacement (Reduce cd of w by 1 second whenever you hit a champion with a spell) removed the only means she had of sticking to enemies without her ultimate. A red posted that they would change it back quickly, and since then we havn't exactly gotten much word on the matter.
