Releasing champions in overly powered states on release just to rake in as much money as possible and then nerfing them to oblivion Can they not release a champion that has an ult which: Allows them to teleport halfway across lane Heals them Deals large amounts of damage all at the same time?

It's not like you can't predict when his ult can occur, you can literally see when it's available.
JerrBear71 votesIt doesn't do much until they are fed, a skilled Ekko would get fed and do exactly what you said but someone who is trash at Ekko (me) isn't going to do anything special. This is the same with every champion, they release overpowered IMO because they haven't balanced them well enough in the PBE and are waiting for the public's reaction. Which is usually similar to yours.
